Q: What is your return policy?
A: Every order from Brynn Speaks Promo is made-to-order just for you. Since every product is custom made, returned items can't be resold on our website. We strongly encourage responsible shopping. However, if there is a mistake on our part, we will refund you 100% of the sale, issue a 100% credit or replace the item in full.
Q: Will I receive a proof?
A: Every order must sign off on a e-proof before an order goes into production. We do not accept verbal approvals, as they must be in writing. Proofs are provided for free within 24 Hrs of placing an order. First revision is free, after that, there is a $5 charge for each consecutive revision.
Q: Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown?
A: Most of the time the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you to call if your requirements mean you need fewer items, so that we can source a similar but alternative product if possible. If you need to order more than the quantities shown please call (TOLL FREE) 844.776.9517 as additional discounts are available.
Q: What kind of artwork can I use?
A: The preferred artwork is one of vector format, or high resolution. If you do not have high resolution artwork, we can vectorize it for a $10 fee. This will ensure the best print quality on your custom promotional product order. We also have a creative art team standing by, waiting to offer you ways to express your branding!
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept checks and all major credit cards. Checks must clear before item ships. Returned checks will incur a $50 NSF fee. Please allow extra time for this credit checking process. If you are a government or educational institution, we also offer open account options. Your order can’t go into production until your account has been opened. Our terms are net 30 days. A signed PO is required.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Care Representative (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Q: What imprint colors can I choose from?
A: Where as most of our items come with "stock imprint colors", all of our products have the option to pms match for an additional charge. The Pantone Color Matching System is largely a standardized color reproduction system. By standardizing the colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all refer to the Pantone system to make sure colors match without direct contact with one another. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) guides have been widely adopted and are used by artists, designers, printers, manufacturers, marketers and clients in all industries worldwide for accurate color identification, design specification, quality control and communication. Shipping & Delivery
Our factories are located all over the country, so ship times will vary. We reserve the right to switch factories that carry the same or comparable product to shorten ship times and to save you money on shipping.
Once your order has been entered into production, you will receive an email from your customer care representative, stating when your order will be delivered, so it is important that you give us a good working email and check your spam, as the email address you provide will be our preferred way of contacting you.In the event that your order is manufactured overseas, the FOB point would be Clarksboro, NJ 08020. We ship out orders every day from our warehouse, so UPS offers us discounts which we pass along to you.
